Recreate Existing game

A few years ago now, we had a GAF freelancer commence the creation of a flash game for us. Unfortunately, despite being paid a considerable amount of money in advance for this custom-made game, and despite several emails and messages left for him, the creator has left us high and dry. The game itself was great and could have turned into what we wanted but unfortunately I don't have any source code. The game itself is still available from a URL address. What we require now is for someone genuine and honest, to recreate this game, and improve on it, although the game itself it quite good and challenging. It would be good to have it so that the player's score is stored and the top 50 player's scores are displayed and this can be on its own web-page. Please provide working examples of your previous work. This is not a high budget project given that there is a working model to work therefore removing the requirement for the successful incumbent to create it from scratch. However, if the successful incumbent proves him/herself then there is the guarantee of other work with our company.
