Educational Flash Software for under 13

a real small application where students can drag drop electronic components to make a circuit and see if they have ordered them in correct way. for example a circuit to add batteries, swtich and a bulb so that when switch is turned on it lights the bulb, when turned off it turns off. The circiut is expensive and schools cannot afford buying 1 for every child (although some will break while playing with them as well) so we want a software so that students can pick up electronics stuff like resisters, circuit breakers, battery etc and put them in a circuit and test its output to see if they have made the circuit correct.
