Not sure there's a solution to my problem, but thought I'd put it out there!

This is an "eClassroom" and the class videos on the right side no longer play.
They're choppy and pause and skip...I recorded these using OnSynce...the service was decommissioned and they can't help (see their note to me below with some advice). I did try to downgrade to older flash player, as they suggested, but it didn't seem to help.
What I want is to find a way to make them play correctly, do a screen recording, make sure that they are in an acceptable youtube format (might require converting) and upload. I have a youtube account with permission to upload longer videos.
Thanks for any help/advice!
The letter from OnSync:
Greg,
unfortunately I have the same experience as you. The recordings get stuck and play back in chops.
There is nothing we can do, likely this has to do with some update in the flash player over the years.
You can try a couple of things:
- Try to downgrade your flash player to a version from 3-4 years ago. (no guarantee this will work)
- Make the screen recording, then edit out the cuts in a tool like adobe premiere. (will work, but very time consuming)
I hope you understand we no longer support OnSync 3. It has not been actively developed in many years, OnSync 4 has been out since 2010(!).
I’m sorry for the bad news. I do hope you decide to use OnSync 4 in the future as I very much believe in the importance of your project.
Best regards,
Robert
