Hello for flash banner [login to view URL] of course shorter like 10-15 second. What should it do? Here is the email again: 1. Loader - our black and white logo or just contour with % that will feel up while flash is loading 2. Blank piece of paper shows up and a pen or hand with a pen. 3. Pen moves around and starts writing words down and drawing 4. While it's drawing we see 3 sentences appear - "Building Structured Flexibility" "Through Distributed Collaboration" "Into Milestone Achievements" (also it can be smth that is written down on a paper). 5. When it's done paper folds into geometric shape - square or pyramid. User can hover over any part - "Application Development", "Web Design", "Internet Marketing", "Outsourcing" and "Find out more" icon shows up with a short description. and winner will also awarded for 2nd flash editing project that is xml base site need some editing . detail pmb Good Luck
