I have my B.A. in Creative Fiction Writing, and course work for that degree allowed me to branch out across many different styles - flash fiction, in particular, is a skill that I believe would help in writing a 2000-3000 word choose-your-own-adventure. I haven't personally written a choose-your-own since high school (and then only for fun), but they're one of my favorite genres to read or to play as video games, simply because the story is never the same twice and it makes the reader feel more invested. Also, I tend to be pretty good at mimicking a certain writing style - I know you said "all original," but if you have something that you want to sound more like you wrote it yourself, I'd be happy to do that as well.
