Also to appeal to the employees that they are entering a very different ERA. They need to voice their needs. Pay the top 1% and the rest has to evolve to a new model... In a talent choice 1st marketplace, there is a power/control shift. The way that work, life and family have been unbalanced has to end. So--passion and practicality with business tone and clarity. No reading and saying "So What?" This has to got from high strategy stage setting to the actual digital solutions I have designed.
