65721 rework logo, color, scalable

Hi - I would like a designer to redo this logo. All I have is the attached bitmap file, but I would like it to be scalable so that I can resize it for different uses and not lose the image quality. Also, please provide it to me in a format so that I can change the colors later if necessary. Adobe Illustrator would be best for me. Unfortunately, I do not know what the font is. I would also like the top line to be this blue: 33CCFF The bottom line with the arrow and the text (company name) should be this blue: 0033cc Please do it in two ways: with a grey tight dropshadow behind the company name, and also with no dropshadow.
