58198 vector re-size psd image.

I want the attached image in height versions of 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110 px. Width to scale. Professional vector re-size only [or other method - but I will not accept unless all quality and shape of original is retained.] I want the files a s .psd's. Please use the attached image to make an example at 40px so that I can be sure you have software to do job. Thanks.
