Basic presentation layout

We have a ten page A4 document, which is a promotional brochure for a film project. We have the text, the images and the basic layout, but need someone with design skills to lay it out and make it look nice. It is for screen only, not print, basically to email to people who may be interested in supporting the project. We don't need anything very fancy, just something which looks simple and classy. The document is currently in Libre Office Impress. We need it returned as a pdf and also in an editable format in open source software which will run on Linux eg. Openoffice, libreoffice, scribus. This is because we may need to subsequently edit the text on a linux computer. We need this done quickly ie. a day would be ideal. Shouldn't take a competent designer more than a few hours.
