Convert Brochure to Illustrator

I will send you high quality scans of 4 brochures. (I have permission to use these brochures as I see fit.) I need someone to convert these brochures to Adobe Illustrator (CS4 preferred). An exact or very close approximation is fine. I just need to be able to edit the text and layers. The brochures are not very artsy or complex. They are informational brochures for a medical clinic. I need these ASAP so who ever can deliver these the quickest for the most reasonable cost gets the project. I plan to do a lot of marketing for this business so I would love to develop a long term on going relationship with a talented and professional graphic designer and ad specialist. PS. I am attaching a sample of one of the brochures as the high quality scans are about 40-50 MB each per side of the brochure. I will send the winner of this project the original high quality scans for all 4 brochures.
