Vector a logo

I need the existing logo for a youth organisation created as a vector in Illustrator. I need the existing logo recreated. The logo is a cartoon character based on a bird (raven or similar). I would like it in several poses for use throughout a website. I need as vectors in Illustrator. 1. The character is a little severe/serious looking, I need it softened a bit so it is more friendly but still be clearly the same character. (it is wearing a black monks robe, some shading will help to soften it so it is not hard black. If you are a good cartoonist/illustrator you will know what is required) 2. It should be coloured and shaded nicely with gradients on the beak etc so it looks good at large scale too. 3. The cartoon character in several poses. Pointing left/right. Looking up. High Five. Waving. Praying. Hands up. Holding a camera. Holding a bunch of balloons. Holding a microphone/DJing. Whatever else fun you like. 4. As in the surfing image, I need a full round logo with text. International Benedictine Youth Congress round the outside ring. Space at the bottom for a date/city name. Similar to attached image logo for IBYC 2. 5. The images in the attached file are examples of the character used in logos for different events. These also need to be recreated as closely as possible. 6. Delivered in the following formats .ai .svg .png (transparent background) This is not a large project, does not involve much creative design and the existing character is quite simple. I will exclude high bids and expect good professional cartooning with lots of variations I can use as assets in future web designs. Thank you.
