Quark Layout for Ebook

We are creating an Ebook that will be approx. 200 pages. Each section is broken up into 4 page project articles. We are looking for a modern design and to match our website logo and colors. Look at the pdf to see an example of an article (four pages of content) and find the web address. I am looking to pay $30 for the best idea. Need this in the next couple hrs... So, you can modify something that you did before to match our identity. I will do all the fine tuning. Just looking for a good idea for a layout. I am working in Quark. So, ideally I would like this layed out in Quark.
