Vector Images Needed for wordpress blog in 3 hours

Hey, looking for a vector desiging designer thatcan make me some graphics for my badcredit blog. I know i need a header and footer, but im not exactly sure what other images i need, whatevere they are i will explain them to you and they shouldnt take too long to do. The designer will need to put in 3 hours of work and must be able to work for $30. However, if you di a good job on this then i will be able to get you work for roughly six months starting December 2007. I need a designer that is creative and can give me sharp eye catching images, and can also give me suggestions for color theems as well. Take care and looking forward to working with you.
