Website for chocolate candy business

Hi I am looking to create the corporate identity for a chocolate candy company. We are looking for someone very professional who will be able to incorporate the essence of the company and develop the whole corporate identity and provide us with a corporate book. I have worked with many freelancers before and I am not looking forward to have to tell the designer how to do its job. I'd like the designer to be professional, knowledgeable and be able to guide and advise us through the process. We already have a few websites we like that we will provide in term of developing the corporate identity. You are bidding on the following tasks: A logo, color, black and white.
