I need (100) 3’ x 5’ outdoor flags manufactured. A file of the images is attached. The flag has an actual hole in the center that will need to be finished in some way as to prevent fraying. The image needs to be as close to 100% visible on both sides. I am assuming that the process will be dye sublimation. The image attached needs to be modified so that the center radiant is centered on the circle and the file will need to be created in a vector format to allow for scalability. I would like the fabric to be of high quality and not just the typical nylon material generally used.
