1) I need graphics/identity for the product, but this is not as important as: 2) I need a very simple website with database connectivity, form, login, etc. 3) I also need the same in an Android and IOS app for iphone and tablet. Can you help? I am very flexible and easy to work with. There will need to be a noncompete/non disclosure agreement signed before I can talk about the idea in specific, but since I have been a QA engineer, an IT admin, etc, I do know how to discuss the requirements, and they are very simple for this first release. The purpose of this first release is to just give me something to take to potential investors, and to show to my intended audience.
