Design Template

We would like someone to design a series of graphics which we will use as HTML templates for use on a popular classifieds site. This is a graphics job, not coding, though if you have those skills, we can talk about that. We will supply the header and the footer, but want your help in all the other details; borders, text, etc. We need some creative help here! The main template will contain 4 images. Then, we will want one with 3 images, 2 images and 1 image. All images are 250 x 250. We expect that the graphics will change slightly depending on the number of images. Additionally, we need a simple graphic for the back-end interface. We are uploading a rough mock-up of what we had in mind. Of course, the end product needs to be much prettier!
