3D Graphics Required for iPad App - Looking for High Quality

We are building an application that will be going thru the four seasons of the year. The app will have a house and things around it, water, snow, leaves falling and wind. We will need someone that can do super high quality graphics for this. We would like this to be done in Unity 3D if possible. If not please let us know what system you will be using. Please provide samples of previous work. If you don't have feed back on freelancer please provide where you have feedback or references.
