Design a Website Mockup

This project is to create a PSD (editable) for a page that I need designed. It's just one page that explains the products and services that we provide. I will provide you with a text file with all the text that needs to be on the page, and you need to turn that text into an eye catching page using your design skills. I have attached an example below. This needs to be done by someone who can get started *now* and can finish within a few hours. Please show me examples of your portfolio or graphic design work. I will not select you unless I can see your prior work. Please provide your best rate as I will have many more jobs if done well.
