Adobe Illustrator: Seamless Flag Print for fabric

I need this today or tomorrow... as soon as possible. I need this flag print made into seamless tile, and preferably large Vector image format (eps) I have made one, but it is not completely seamless and would need to be fixed. I have bought another which is seamless, but the scale is off. THE SCALE I NEED where full width of line (white+blue+white) is 4cm wide. Length from X to X is 22.5cm Pattern overall should look like squares... not rectangles. The version which is seen in the fabric is the pdf I made. It is perfect Scale, but not quite seamless (you can see the small problem in the photo.) I need someone who can either fix the pdf version into a PERFECTLY SEAMLESS TILE, and preferably eps, (but if it needs to stay pdf thats ok) OR Someone can re-make it completely in adobe illustrator into a vector. I'll also attach image that I bought which is seamless, but wrong scale..... maybe it can help for reference in creating the new one THank you (PS, files are named in a way to help you know what to do... basically image of pdf needs to be seamless tile eps) Please ask if you have any questions Thank you
