Hi I have reviewed the project description and would like to let you know that we have already developed streaming services in many of the websites. Though they had video streaming itself, but we can certainly develop a radio streaming website. For this, we'll need a media server and we would recommend Wowza Media Server for this purpose. Along with this, we would also recommend Amazon EC2 services so that it may easily manage the load of visitors. Though i am wondering, how would you share the source of streaming i.e. you would provide any API of your radio channel or something else. Please open PMB to discuss this further. Where users set up an account and able to stream live from there channel and web users can watch live station broadcasting from their Radio. You Can use Apache or Nginx. FFmpeg is an audio/video streaming server for Linux suitable for live broadcasts. It supports real time audio/video compression in several formats (mpeg, mjpeg, real, flash, asf) and bitrates at the same time. You may also look into Adobe's HTTP Dynamic Streaming. This is a good solutions if you're looking to avoid a media server altogether. It is a process of preparing your content using the f4fpackager tool and then an Apache web server and the HTTP Origin Module (free). It would be great if we could discuss further.
