I'm looking for rockstar with a keen design and creative eye along with core technology & developer skills to assist in taking a concept to a reality on the web. The site is centered on a service-based model that matches customers with technicians for a particular and frequently needed repair service (to be discussed); the technician will provide the service at the customer's home or office for added convenience, which is the thrust of the idea. (Note: In the current model by competitors, consumers have to go to the physical store). Customers will be able to visit the site, book an available time slot, and receive an email confirmation with all logistics. The rollout approach is to start on the front end with a catchy, simple, modern page and scale out as demand picks up. Specific requirements: - Assistance with Branding - Creation of Main Splash Page - Creation of a 2nd page for individuals to view a calendar of availability. - Allow costumers to book an available time slot and receive an email confirmation. - (Open question) Perhaps each technician has a sub-page where they can see statistics and feedback, etc. - (Open question) Creation of rating system where consumers can rate the service and provide feedback following the appointment. - A flexible, dynamic approach with a consistent focus on the end user experience.
