Hello every one first of all i am looking for someone who can search online for ready made software to build comics and to create characters for comics you can search online for those keywords " comics creator - comics designer - charactor creator" then buy the license to create it fast second this software should be used to help you creating and developing comics for me i have around 200 stories and i need to convert them to comics and stories for kids. i will attach a sample of a story and a sample of a comic book i need to get all the source material and source code or any released copyrights to be my own my budget per story is 40 usd all the text is ready as shown in the attachment and its all copy and past and design a template of the work will be provided thanks and regards
