we want to build a video website from scratch using a template and meanstack technology Please read carefully the attached filed to avoid misunderstandings. Once we will choose the developpers we will work this way : We will pay to freelancer different milestones which will be all released at the end of the project following the below steps 1 - We upload 33,33% Milestone when the site is finished with all the module (including the chat in [login to view URL]) 2 - We upload 33,33% When the back office is ready 3- We upload 33,33% when the test are completed We will released all to the freelancer at the end of these 3 steps For the project we will work using Assana for the project status & timeline so you should have an account and Bitbucket to share the websitecode, you should also have an account. We will only start when we will discuss all the point and when you will provide the due date and project details on Assana once we will set the overall time needed for the project, if the deadline is reached and the project not finished we will stop working with you and find another one and for the job done so far we will see how much will it will cost us to find a new company and pay you the difference of pricing. We want a timeline of < 30 calendars days for this project We also want a daily update during the project working day to figure out where we are If you need more details let us now and read carefully the document
