EXPERT WP Genesis Framework Developer needed

I am a WP Developer & my client is looking for a Construction web site for his business with the Genesis framework. [login to view URL], htpp://www. [login to view URL] etc. II-) Google API Map to in the footer than feeds the most prominent cities. III-) Has a banner ad capability. IF these are not build in it the WP Genesis themplate, perhaps you can tell me if a plugin is available that does what he wants? IV-) CSS stylesheet. Should be able to apply the same style as needed. Example footers. Example: Font type, colors, contact information, phone number, email. etc.
