Extending a silverstripe installation

Make each section in the Services page a separate page of content (like for news except the content alsyas display on the services page). For all the people on the about-us page (except the fist two Directors at the top - Nick and Ratu). The homepage also needs to have the top 3 news recent items UNDER NEWS in the bottom on the homepage. Also on the community page, there are events. The business rule is that if the date is in the past or today then you display under UPCOMING EVENTS. If it was yesterday or later, you display it under RECENT EVENTS, up to one year (where you do not display at all).
