Modern Basic Admin System for my Services

This is the first phase of the developing of a new management system for the service I offer. It will have no features directly related to my services, but the just ones related to management my own customer database and payment + a second admin area for EACH of my customers in which they will handle their basic payment information, and a few more. Important: I want to use a modern framework so it will make it easier for any coder to understand the code, like Yii, codeigniter or other you can suggest. 1) Public View of the website: simple modern website which will be just a new/modern version of [login to view URL] . Content and pages will be exactely the same, plus: 2) "Create Account" button/page (which I will describe below at as "create group feature". 3) all texts must come from a txt file or a DB (tittles, buttons and product description) because I need the site in some languages (I can do translation myself, just need the English version working and instructions about where to add the other languages text). 4) Admin Area: my owm main admin area ([login to view URL]) which I can: create groups (each group is a user that use a system I have (not integrated to this website)), create/manage plans. Create Group Form at Admin area will have the following fields: Group ID (auto), groupname (one word), grouppassword, Company Name, Email1, Email2, contact name, Full Address (street, number, etc),Industry type. Note: of course everytime I say I need a feature to create something, I also need the feature to edit and delete it. Auto-Create-Group: the buttom at public View of the website TRIAL will open a form so user can fill the form himself and create a trial account. At first, I will manage the trial manually. 4) Group Admin Area Each Group manager will have its own admin page, something like [login to view URL] This page will have a login form asking for groupname and grouppassword and will open a page with the following features Top_menu: My details, My Plan, My Credit Card, My Contacts, Exist Currently we will be developing just the admin interface with no feature related to my service/product. When it is done we will migrate/add new pages to Group Admin Area. Only My Contacts area above will handle data that is not directly related to manage my customers/payment. My Contats will open a page with THIS SPECIFIC GROUP contacts, with a table listing main information of the contacts (Company Name (my customer customers), Contact, Email, Phone) and 3 icons at last collumn to the right: View (full details (a modal)), Edit and Delete this contact. 5) Payment System Integration. I accept suggestions about what system to use. Something that accept recurring payments using credit card. DATABASE AND TABLES So, for the features above we basically need: a) Groups table: each group is a line at the table, and all its details are collumns at this talbe b) Plans table: c) Country - City Tables d) Contacts (again, my customer-customers, his own contacts, not the Groups/Accounts I described at above.
