Hello everyone! My company focuses on buying apartment complexes in the US but to acquire each building we look for funding. I need to put the projections of each of my buildings in a nice looking design brochure or report so that I can blow away my investors once I show them. It should be 10 to 15 pages. The content is already written but what I need is someone that can work on the layout and make it artistic. It's not very appealing to present it in a Microsoft Word format. In fact it's very boring. I have some examples of what I'm looking for. Also have pictures of each property, projections for the years to come and descriptive paragraphs about the investment. I would like to build a relationship with a designer that could do each and everyone of my reports. Let me know if you guys can help me! Thank you fellas.
