Web-based Client Control Panel for Shoutcast Server / Logging Integration / Customizable HTML5 Audio Player

We are looking for a solution to run on a VPS that would offer clients a control panel to run their Shoutcast server, adjust a customizable HTML5 audio player, and access advanced Shoutcast logging and ACRCloud logging. Shoutcast - we're currently running WHMSonic. We need to add reports for hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly listeners, as well as total listener minutes. Adding location information, browser, etc would be beneficial. This would all need Integrated into the control panel. I can discuss further upon IM. The custom HTML5 player should be a pop up window with a player that would be able to run in any modern browser (iOS, Android, Windows, and OSx.) The client would need to be able to change text and images via the control panel. Colors and themes should be easily changeable as well. We would like the ability to have users purchase tracks using Apple Music. I can provide example code for a jquery HTML5 player that I have purchased already. We are using a service which will identify audio and create a log of music being played. The data is available with an API. This should generate reports from the logs for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports. The information required: Title of the track, as listed on the commercially released recording; Name of the featured artist, as listed on the commercially released recording International Standard Recording Code (“ISRC”), or (if the ISRC is unavailable) the combination of both the album name, and marketing label. Additionally, there should be user profile information, and possibly a billing/invoicing section.
