Hello, We currently have a shower in the master bedroom of our home but not as part of an ensuite, it is just a shower tray in the corner with an extract fan above it. We would like to replace the shower (it's an instantaneous electric shower), install a new enclosure and also add in a sink and toilet and build a wall around it all to create a small ensuite. It will need to be tiled. Elsewhere, we would like to create a walk in wardrobe, again involves building a wall and creating a door way through what is currently a cupboard. We will need to move some light fittings around. And we would like to install a projector in the spare room so we would need power to it within the ceiling void. We would like to install an outside light, and replace an outside plug socket which is currently installed on the outside of our garage. We do not have fantastic water pressure, the shower that is installed currently works just fine, but there may be a local pump involved.
