Write an Android App

An TaskRabbit like app, where users can find services near them. The service must be provided by other users. The app must have an option to sign in as an service provider, so the user can create an profile and offer services (like plumber, key makers, house cleaning, etc.). The services provided by users must can be rated by the customers. The main idea is to help people wanting solutions to connect to other people that offer theses solutions near them, so the app must have geo-based location services. Other must-have option is an control panel or something that the admin can use to create new categories for services. The app has to support integration with paywalls like paypal, so the user can pay it using credit cards. The interface must show the most common categories for the kind of user, so the user can create an account using facebook (social integration)
