I write in plain, simple English. You will not need a dictionary to read and understand the words. I write short, crisp sentences which have a strong impact. I love to write! I enjoy creative writing! It is a challenge.
I am actually a practising lawyer in New Zealand, but writing is my passion, and I have decades of experience in it.
I look forward to a long-term writing relationship.
A writer is an artist.
Writing is like a beautiful painting in words! The artist needs to create it carefully!
You must give specific instructions on what is the target market for the writing.
The reason is that, as any experienced writer knows, writing general articles with no particular audience in mind just does not work, and will not sell.
The last employer I had made me write articles and submit them, and then suddenly responded by declaring that her clients wanted articles written by experts. She didn't tell me that at the inception; she wanted articles of 350 words (how can an expert even condense a difficult topic into 350 words? So this was a totally impractical approach, and a complete waste of time and effort)
So, the point I am making is that the employer should give specific instructions on what type of reader will read the article, in what type of publication it is likely to land in, what is the age-group of the possible reader and so on.
Also, the writer must have sufficient, reasonable time to research and produce good-quality articles, otherwise it is like a cheap factory producing rubbish.
I try to write in harmonious words, like a melodious piece of music.
I normally charge U.S.$2 for hundred words, but am negotiable on the remuneration. (It depends on the length of the writing required, and the complexity involved).(The terms of negotiation will also obviously depend on whether it is going to be a long-term writing relationship or not.)
So let’s take each work assignment at a time, and fix the remuneration by mutual consent.
