There could be various reasons why your ad might not be running, it could be because of a policy disapproval, some billing issue or even some incorrect setting your campaign might be on. With the help of my knowledge of the product, I shall go through your account and get the issue corrected for you. :)
Additionally, I have an MCC account and can send you an invitation to your AdWords account, where you can accept it for me to have a look at your account. This way you do not need to share your log in details with me as log in details are very important and when shared inappropriately over the net can make your account vulnerable.
