Free Sign ups

I need at least 100 free sign ups per week for several CPA offers. No CC required for sign ups. Sign ups should have unique IP address and email address. I will pay you .25 - $1.00 for each sign up, depending on the offer. Some offers only require a valid email address with unique IP address, Other offers require a short form or 2 filled out. The more info the offer requires, the higher the payout. PM me for commission schedule. U.S.A. traffic only for now. We can do campaigns for UK AU, etc. later. -No up front payments. -You get paid when I get paid -Prompt payment via Paypal. Payment will be made every 2 weeks after verification and acceptance of the lead traffic. You will be paid only for leads that are accepted by the company. If you provide 250 leads in a week but only 100 are accepted, you will be paid for 100. -Unique and confirmed E-mail and IP addresses -No duplicates, No fraudulent signups, No proxy servers, No Black Hat You must provide test sign ups to prove that you can deliver.
