Help with Adwords / Search Engine Marketing - repost

We're looking for professional help with search marketing our business through Adwords and potentially other platforms in the future. We're looking to outsource this depending on the cost because we're a small business without a huge budget. We know we need help with Adwords, both to improve our conversion rate, improve our CTR, and hopefully lower the CPC too. Other than that, we're not 100% sure what to start with so we're looking for a starting point that we can build from, so please make recommendations along with your bid, or send us a proposal with different services you provide and their estimated hours / costs. Right now we just have 3 small Adwords campaigns. We are looking to improve upon these 3 campaigns as much as possible and then eventually add new campaigns to target other services we provide, but these 3 campaigns are our first priority. We want to start making some progress and when that starts paying off we can expand our SEM needs. We're looking to build a long term relationship and if it goes well we’ll very likely start offering Adwords Marketing to our clients with the person we choose helping our clients with their campaigns as well, so this can be a lucrative and long term opportunity for the chosen person. Thanks, Your responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members to develop primary keywords and ad audience targets - Create multiple campaigns and manage traffic, customer acquisition and conversion through the channel - Optimize existing campaigns by revising ad copy and format, audience, keywords and landing pages - Create and present reports covering analytics and campaign performance Your qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational and analytical skills - Testimonials, screenshots, case studies, reports, or some other proof of your abilities specifically related to Adwords or your other SEM results. - References or an established reputation on Freelancer preferred
