Link building - 150 links

I need the following - 50 blog comments on blog pages with a PR3 or higher (max of 50 outbound links on page) - 50 article submissions of an article you will write about my site, which I will approve. High quality English is ESSENTIAL. I will need the url's of accepted artciles not just a submission report - 30 press release submissions of a press release that you will write about my site, which i will approve. I will need the url's of accepted artciles not just a submission report - 25 forum signature links from sites with a domain of PR4 or higher (PR of page does not matter) This is a project for 150 links, which must all be verified by a report of the exact url's that the backlinks are on.
