SEO Google adsense site $60 dollars per a day

I am looking Adsense site which consistently earns $60or above per day for one year, at least $40-$60 a day. I have the following requirements: -Proper SEO work for organic traffic/real traffic -Select any NICHE - definitely not Adult, XXX, pornography, gambling, violence, Pharma, religion, or other controversial topics etc -Must be 100% within the Google, yahoo TOS -Must be Adsense optimized -Must have high paying keywords for 2011 within site -Traffic driven must be 100% white hat real people no bots -Keyword research and domain name research performed. -Site configured including any Plugin, No auto-blog plugin. - Original content, which is SEO optimised using keywords. Content will be checked. - Onsite and offsite SEO performed. - Related images included in content, and ensure no copyrights are breached. All Content MUST be original and SEO, Should be on wordpress, or blogger All copyrights belong to me YOUR PROPOSAL SHOULD ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING: - Describe your concept of the website, the niche - You must describe how you will achieve the goal. I need to know how you plan on going about the task to ensure compliance. (in pm) - You must disclose how you will direct/increase traffic to the site. - You must provide details of how the income will be sustained over a long period of time (12 months and beyond). This includes what kind of work will need to be done by me on an ongoing basis. - Some example sites that are currently operating (but not owned by you) would boost your proposal. After I accept a bidder, you will perform necessary keyword/domain research and tell me which domain name I need to purchase. I will personally purchase the domain name and install it on my server, install Wordpress and provide you with the login details to the account through the wp-admin panel. Only bidders with experienced and feedback from projects in this area will be considered. I look forward to reviewing the proposals. No initial milestone payment should be the through payal at the delivery of the work .I would hold the payment for period of 35 days till I am sure of consistant incom of $40 -$60 per a day in the adsense account. After the website is complete and generating initial revenues then I will make a payment.
