SEO ecommerce full time

I am in need of SEO for my new footware ecommerce store. I require on and off site [login to view URL] must only use 2013 WHITE HAT tactics only! Applicants must have a proven track record on odesk and must include the password : "rothman" . If not included you will not be considered as you can not follow simple instruction or spamming applications. This will be a full time position. Duties will include but not be limited too: [login to view URL] to build enough do-follow back links using only White hat Methods to bring website to first page of Google. All linking must be manual. I will not tolerate any use of automated software. [login to view URL] links must be relevant to footware/fashion industry.
