Need a very easy Website. I already have logo, information (text), domain, hosting provider, the design (exactly what I want), some screens, etc. The freelancer have to configure a forum so the people can express themselves and create annimation for the Main Page and post it on the Internet. This should be a very easy project for someone with experience. Be careful with your bid amount because as I told, I have almost everything. Freelancer needs to know CSS and Flash.
