Internet Marketing Email List

I would like a 10,000 email list for the internet marketing/affiliate marketing "making money" niche. Each record will consist of a minimum of: email address, first name, subscription date, IP address signed up at. The leads will ideally be double optin leads (ie. they have confirmed their email via a double optin email sent and replied to). These business opportunity seekers in the "making money" niche must NOT be older than 3 months old. They must be valid and not bounce when they are sent to. For the successful bidder, if the list proves responsive to marketing we would be looking at a longer term arrangement where each week we would require 5,000 - 10,000 new email leads and we would pay a fixed price for you to provide these new leads ongoing. We would possibly need to find a Bulk Email sending service to cope with the volume of emails we plan on sending out.
