Need 1,000 USA Facebook fans from the New York City area

I need 1,000 fans from the USA added to a Facebook fan page. The fans need to be from the New York City (NYC, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, etc.) or New Jersey areas. 100% of the fans must be from the USA only! No other countries mixed in. IMPORTANT: 1) All fans must be from the USA 2) Need a good mix of both males and females. 3) No nude or pornographic images of women profiles. 4) All fans added must be real, active Facebook users - no fake accounts. The fan page has 7 fans as of this posting.
