Digital Account Director
M2M are looking for an experience, dynamic and passionate individual to lead and shape the digital strategy for one of the agency’s founding clients, as well some of the agency’s other premium accounts.
M2M are a media planning and buying agency who make up part of Omnicom Media Group, the 2nd largest agency group in the UK.
We are looking for someone who has an excellent track record in developing digital strategies & campaigns for their clients. Someone who can demonstrate that they have constructively challenged their clients and worked with them to develop campaigns that secured a real competitive advantage.
The person will work closely with the M2M Account Directors in a fully integrated team on the individual brands to develop digital strategies that are integrated with the wider communications plans for each brand.
The Account Director’s primary responsibility is to retain and develop their M2M client business through meeting and anticipating needs and by delivering a service that makes a discernible difference to their clients’ business.
Your role is to consistently ensure delivery of the most effective digital media solutions to meet the client’s business objectives, through the seamless integration of strategic and implementation functions.
In order to do this you will drive the quality and control of strategic development and thinking across your client portfolio, drawing on the relevant resources and proprietary tools within OMG and selling your thinking into the client. It is also imperative that you successfully deliver optimal value in buying across clients, working closely with specialist units where necessary to oversee this across the different media disciplines.
Digital ADs effectively manage the client digital business day to day as a focal point for the relevant level of client, whilst also competently leading, motivating, managing, challenging and developing the Account Managers and Planner Buyers within your team.
In addition, we want you to contribute fully to the growth and quality of M2M’s business offering, developing external relationships with media owners and partner agencies at all levels, and personifying the values and philosophy of ‘Your Business, Our Passion’.
