Link Builder Needed For Link Exchange Work

This will be ongoing work for the right provider. We are looking for an individual to outsource link exchanges to. This individual should have: 1: Good experience doing link exchanges 2: Good understanding of all SEO factors 3: Good enough english skills to write good site descriptions. 4: High speed, broadband internet. 5: Ability and experience using a good backlink analysis tool (see below). Link partners will be located using a tool such as SEO Spyglass. The process is: 1: Find competitor sites that do link exchanges 2: Use SEO Spyglass or equivelant tool to get their backlink data 3: Use the built in filter to only target pages that have few outbound links and good PR. 4: Visit those target pages to submit a link request form and/or contact the site owner. When applying for this project, please tell me what your experience with link exchanging is, and what tool (SEO Spyglass or similar software) you would want to use to locate good link partners, and if you own the software in question or not. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
