Would like a class, who's constructor takes arguments of: 1- a local file as a string or file reference 2- a destination file or path (this will be created on the fly to put the destination file into a bucket "**BUCKETNAME**/downloads/'**company name**/") It will log in to the S3 account (with user name and password and start an upload process to the required downloads folder). If the folder does not exist then dump said file into a down/download folder for redundancy.
