Simple Java Programming of Whitepaper Script / Algorithm

Overview ------------- We are looking for a developer develop the following simple white-paper technique into a Java application or script. (Link to paper at the bottom). A Java developer with experience in image processing and developing logic / algorithms in to Java will be able to complete this work. Script Overview --------------------- The script must be able to: (1) Accept an input image, or directory of image(s), and run the white-paper technique on the media, outputting the results (2) The results must be output into a CSV or log file (a sample layout will be provided) Technical Specifications -------------------------------- - Must work on Windows, Mac and Linux - Be developed in Java and able to be integrated into further scripts and applications - All parts of this development must be free for commercial usage - A simple usage guide, along with a selection of test data must be supplied to the project owner - Able to analyse all common image formats - All parts of this project must comply with applicable UK laws Other Information ------------------------ - This is a fixed price project, within the budget specified - No upfront payments, but milestone payments are negotiable - Only bids which follow these guidelines will be considered - A developer is needed for this project ASAP - The contents and property of this project are owned by our client, this project and shortlisted freelancers are subject to a ‘NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT’ - Further work will be guaranteed upon successful completion of this project (we are also looking to establish long term working relationships with developers if interested) White-paper technique link: ------------------------------------ [login to view URL],[login to view URL]
