Client-Server application

Hi. Dears, I need soft which consist from 3 part: Soft which will be installed to Android phone/tablet or iphone/ipad (client side), server side(Will be installed to Windows OS) and web page for show selected items. Of course i know that client side its different programs(Android & IOS) 1) Android/IOS application(client) - Which sends selected items to server. Probaby that server will be in same WLAN network with phone/tablet. Program has category and every category have pictures with their descriptions. Person selects items and by clicking send selected items sending to server. 2) Program which will be installed in server(Windows). It can be written in C++, Java, C # and etc. Server will get selected items, stores it in db and shows it in interface. 3) Web page which works in tomcat for example in same server. Web page connects to DB in same server, gets information and shows it. It can be written in PHP for example. Before writing your price, please keep in mind that I do not have any company and I want it for myself. For additional information, or another price please write the PM. Thank you beforehand.
