Hi,
I'm a programmer with extensive experience as a web-programmer and 3D programmer. I can tell you that a Flash solution is not the most ideal for your solution. I believe a better solution would be to use X3D + javascript to create a truely interactive web-page environment. X3D is a standard that can be used to deliver 3D worlds and information to the internet. I have done research work for the X3D's predecessor VRML, creating 3D hunman animation packages. For your clients to view the 3D content on your web-pages your clients only need to download and install a pluggin to allow their web-browser to view the contents.
I have main focused my 3D works on developing games. At the moment you can veiw 1 of the games I have developed on Malaysian TV, which is aired every wednesday night at 9:30 pm. I believe it would be a great change for a chance to work on a 3D web project as I have always wanted to work in this field.
I believe that this is a pretty intensive project and the maximum budget of only $100 does not sut this project. I believe that $100 dollars is more suited to projects that only require 1-2 days to complete, and I believe that your project may take at least a month or more, because not only do you want 3D web content by you also require a web-site design and database back end for the shopping cart aspect for your site. I believe that a you are looking at a budget of at least $1500, and a time spand of at least a month or more.
