133489 Flash and .flv player fixing

I need man that edit few details by [login to view URL] original source .fla file. 1. Deleting Play/on start/on end buttons (I'll run video with java script, we'll not use these buttons). It is simple just delete images... 2. Creating link that video from 640 x 512 px go to full screen and back 3. After end of video I must know somehow that video is done. You can say what you solution recommend as simplest. Maybe after playing that video simple go to some web page and it mean 'video is done' or any signal that I know video is done..
