EZS3 JavaScript Decode

I have a series of ezs3 video embed scripts. I need to find the url of the video for each. (This is due to an employee leaving the company and not leaving the URLs). I have attached one example. WHAT I NEED: I need somebody to explain step-by-step how I can decode the url. In the case of the attached example, I need the "file" parameter. I don't need you to decode THIS one, or tell me the file parameter for this example. I need you to give me instructions for decoding the "file" parameter in any ezs3 JavaScript.
