561703 Jquery Dropdown added to existing nav

I am looking for some help adding a jquery dropdown to a navigation done in an old style using tables. What I have tried to do so far doesn't work because I have the div outside of the link td and when the cursor leaves the td, the dropdown disappears. The code for this navigation, the dropdown, jquery and css is attached. Thanks for your consideration of this project
